About Me
For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about art. While in high school it brought me joy, however, I fell out of touch with this passion as I transitioned to university to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Literatures in English. As time progressed, I also completed a master’s degree in business administration. During the course of my master’s studies the spark was ignited. All it took was a single course and a special lecturer who challenged me and lead me to what I would describe as my “lost talent” art.
The body of a woman is the most alluring figure naturally created by God. With this in mind, I began painting with the abstract image of a woman. I was now reunited with my passion for art. The process rekindled the memories of the first time I fell in love. I recall as a child, my father drawing a figure of a cow on a brown cement paper bag, I was so fascinated by the image, he encouraged me to copy the drawing. I tried intently to copy what he drew when I discovered, it was not as easy as he made it out to be, but yes, I did it.
